And Furthermore

And Furthermore - Judi Dench And Furthermore was never going to be difficult book for me to get through. Dame Judi Dench is a incredible actress who I only ever learn to adore more. She has so much energy and personality and poise and grace and ohmygoshfangirlgushing!Moving on in a hopefully slightly less crazy way... And Furthermore is a collection of entertaining and endearing memories from the life and career of the lovely Judi Dench. Her recollections are told with such heart and humor that it almost didn't matter what she was talking about at any given moment. That being said, the events retold in this volume were obviously chosen with care and range from family life to that of her theater career, coming into film and television and most places in between. The narrative of this memoir is done in simple chronological order with some foreshadowing and after the fact perspective thrown in, making it a wholly enjoyable read.As with most memoirs you probably need to be a fan of the person in question to get the most out of this book but honestly this is written with such soul that I think people unfamiliar with the wonder that is Judi could read this and come away a devotee.Okay, enough gushing for one day but if you enjoy memoirs and have ever enjoyed this lovely Dames work then do not hesitate in picking up And Furthermore. I can't imagine you regretting it
